Blue Bobbin accepts returns for defective products only. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Because fabric is cut to order, we do not accept returns on non-defective fabric or other non-defective products.

Blue Bobbin does not accept exchanges.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
